Gyula apartment information about the service:

Check in from 14:00 to 16:00. If you can arrive at a different time, please indicate (we are flexible).

Payment on arrival, upon receipt of the apartment. Currency: cash (HUF).

Transfer of apartment on departure day: 10 am. It is also possible to keep a package on arrival (10 am) or on departure (until 4 pm) free of charge. Departure later than 10 hours from the apartment is only possible if you are not a guest on the same day!

The apartment house is geographically very well located. There is one of the closest parking spaces to Gyula Castle.

On arrival, we will be happy to inform you about the main sights of Burg house and Gyula.

Burg Apartmenthouse in Gyula offers the following services:

• Free WIFI is available for our guests.
• Free and costly, secure parking with camera.
• 1-week stay free use of bicycles (please tick the date).
• In summer, there is a climate, in winter, heating that meets your needs. The air conditioner service (1000 HUF / 24 hours).
• Half-day luggage storage.
• We hand over the apartment at check-in time or take over at departure (+ 3670 / 533-30-33).
• Well-equipped mini-kitchen:
  • 2 electric hobs,
  • refrigerator,
  • microwave,
  • kettle,
  • coffee maker,
  • toaster,
  • plates, cups, pans, etc.
• Well equipped bathroom:
  • hydromassage shower,
  • hairdryer,
  • iron, etc.
  • Ironing board must be requested separately - I do not have to pay but is not included in the apartment.
• We provide for bed linen, bed linen, sheets, thermoplastics - we can not get out of the apartment, towels.
• Each apartment has its own cleaning facilities. (Parfis, paddle, moping and related buckets.)
• For longer stays, bed linen, sheets, towels are changed weekly in the apartments.
• One unit per apartment: new dishwashing sponge, flower pots, kitchen towels, wc paper.
• Every guest should take care of personal hygiene devices.
• The Guest is jointly and severally liable for the apartment and the items delivered. In the event of damage, he or she shall be liable for damages.

• In front of the apartment house (protected with camera) - no pay.
• In the parking lot opposite the apartment house.
• In July and August, we have 2 parking tickets for the paid car parks, which are handed over to our guests for a deposit (5.000_Ft) upon request. When you leave, we will return the money against the parking ticket.
• In the inner courtyard of the Apartmenthouse there is a limited number of 1.000_Ft / day.
• For guests staying 7 nights, parking is free. If there is no free car park in the courtyard of the apartment house, 200 meters away from the apartment house we offer a closed parking lot!
• During the off-season and free-time period, there is free parking (please inquire about the period concerned).

The reservation is short:

• Time is yours, and we are grateful for your interest in e-mail (every apartment has the possibility, we have entered in advance what kind of information is needed)..
• We do not consider your inquiry as a reservation. However, we will send you a quotation for the requested time.
• If the date of the chosen apartment (s) is not correct, we will send suggestions (date, apartment, price). We will send an electronic booking form if you have accepted the offer. It must be returned within two days. When the booking form returns, the apartment will only be booked with your name.
• As a bookmark, we would like to transfer or send the amount sent in one day / or by e-mail. Please do not send a reservation until the booking form has been confirmed! (If the reservation protocol is prolonged, it may have occupied the apartment during the other period.)
• If the above conditions are met, the apartment will be booked with your name! (With a quick e-mail change over a couple of hours - for bank transfer - the reservation is ready.)
